What do you mean why was he there? Isn't he just a journalist or commentator?
Then why didn't he warn people not to go in? He was grinning ear-to-ear behind Baked Alaska. If it was all a psy-op, then why was he leading the charge? And if it was real, then why wasn't there/isn't there more support? That's what I was trying to say.
To your edit, to me, anyone who has a major following on social media is usually controlled opposition or becomes controlled opposition.
Well, if he isn't a patsy then he was ignorant like everyone else. He had high expectations that something good would come out if it? It was great material for his social media channels? I don't know. Maybe he was afraid he would lose followers by telling people not to go and everyone would see him as some shill or unpatriotic? Who knows. It doesn't really matter. He is just another right wing personality observer. Not a leader or strategist.
I doubt Nick had bad intentions, but JF did warn them.
Also, why didn't he have more people with him?
Just sucks. It would be demoralizing, only I know that's the legacy medias intent, so I try to see it all in a positive light.
Then again, at some point I'll just have to accept that the people I like aren't that well positioned, or able to accomplish anything much.
People like myself look to America as a beacon of inspiration. Sorry if it sounds like I'm overstepping my place.
