Either things must be so bad over there that believing in it is better than reality, or things just look worse than they really are, and I'm spending too much time online.
I find it difficult to think that so many people would just accept all the lies being shoved down their thoughts without even an inkling of a desire to push back.
Maybe what I learned about Americans being freedom loving was an exaggeration?
I would say it is an exaggeration. Maybe at one time we cared about freedom but the covid hoax was very alarming to me how many people were OK with their basic rights being taken away given the smallest justification. I do think we have become demoralized with propaganda and pacified with low testosterone.
I guess we're only human in the end, and it's easier to listen to people we perceive to be in positions of authority, than question something that would turn our whole world on it's head.
Definitely an exaggeration. More propaganda. A delusion that we all bought into in the black-is-white and up-is-down world we were born into.
