What's a good dairy free, soy free and gluten free protein shake? I can't have dairy and gluten. Soy for obvious reasons, I'd like to avoid it. Also I can't have large amounts of sugar so it has to be sugar free

i don't have anything tried and true but maybe frozen banana with unsweetened almond milk and peanut butter. I would add some ground flax and chia seeds and maybe some cocoa powder. if it needs sweetening honey or unsweetened applesauce. The more ripe the bananas were when frozen the sweeter they will be.
