Well, there's the health aspect, but really, that just gets you more of your worst years. Most of the family members my family has records of have lived to be close to 100, and with how ingloriously they went out, recent grandparents and grandaunts/uncles have chosen to go out on their own terms before they get that bad. Living long is for chumps.
After that, it's expensive, but if that's how you want to spend your money, who the hell am I to tell you no?
