I had some renters move in recently. They keep getting doordash, parking their car on the red when the normal parking is 5 feet away, and they put their garbage bins in the wrong place and the garbage man has to get out and manually load them because they put them too close and the robot arm can't grab them. Also another of the neighbors (couple) have started solo masking when they take walks outside.
