I'm telling you my area has not much in it. I have been driving further and further from home for interviews. I always get the same line, " I still have interviews so we will let you know". I never get a call back and if I call them I get avoided. I think there is just so many people looking for work they are just hiring the person they can pay the least, idk.

Sorry, but lose the beard. My company has a no facial hair rule. Just sayin. Cover your tattoos as well. Visible tattoos aren’t allowed at my work either.
