I find podcasts easier to listen to when driving because if I miss some I can still understand. With books I can get something out of it but it is sometimes hard to feel I 'read' it if I was distracted by something.

I enjoy apocalypse books such as one second after which was fantastic.

Is that the one where all these friggin wikkan people seem to surcive? I remember the story was great( I think they had more?) But some of the characters were cringy

That story was meh. Very messy and way, way, way too many characters, most of whom were unnecessary to the story.

Main characters were unlikable too.
