Not entirely true, the kikes have their own [ambulance](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hatzalah) and [police](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shomrim_(neighborhood_watch_group)) in NYC. They won't risk a broken fingernail to help a goy, but if a kike needs help they'll step in.
