Choked beat and not given food. Most people have no idea how to parent and they usually haven't dealt with their shadow by the time they have kids.

"Beatings will continue until morale improves." If this is the case be the change for your kids. Teach them they have autonomy over their body and never take it away from them. Then we will not have adults who do the same. It takes one generation of kids to topple oppressive regimes by teaching them about their autonomy and Natural Law.
