So how can I be a more approachable pleasant person? You guys on Poal I have no problem talking to since we're all RedPilled to the max and it's the internet. But in general society and outside of the internet, I'm trying to figure out how to be more pleasant and approachable.

Body language is where you want to start. Study it. We all pick up body language first and that signals the state the person is in.
