What would happen if these middle and upper class left wing activists were forced to deal with the people they want to protect for 1 year? For 1 year they had to go out and deal with them on the day to day basis, in normal interactions? I think that would pretty much end the regressive liberal movement. Perhaps some kind of forced service at a young age. Companies could require you have 1 or 2 years experience in a low skilled job that deals with customers before being admitted to a better job, you could call it an education requirement.

A couple of them would eat their own propaganda, but after a couple of them get robbed, raped, and murdered, the rest would flee to Israel.

The non Jews would flee further away from the problem areas, then just keep reenacting the same problematic policies that destroys areas. The next time would be different, right? Communists are incapable of learning, that's why they're Communists.
