I’ve always been a hyper critical, cynical cunt. I was never a leftist/liberal which makes it easier. Also my grandfather and parents were always racist so that’s a bonus. I was suspicious of the holohoax as both my grandfathers fought in WW2, but the JQ was an unpleasant surprise. But I started down the track of red pills via the Chans well over a decade ago.

  2. Diet - don’t eat shit, cut your sugar and carbs massively.
  3. Learn/improve something, anything
  4. Stay close to your family
  5. Get outside and get some sun and immerse yourself in nature.

Yeah stick close to the fam and hit the weights.

Remember you need to eat a lot to put on muscle. So if you eat way too much as is, it hardly matters. 1 hr every other day. The gains at the beginning are the best feeling gains.
