- Learn/improve something, anything
- Stay close to your family
- Get outside and get some sun and immerse yourself in nature.

Yeah stick close to the fam and hit the weights.
Remember you need to eat a lot to put on muscle. So if you eat way too much as is, it hardly matters. 1 hr every other day. The gains at the beginning are the best feeling gains.
