The Qtards are about as prevalent here on "All" hot as they were on Voat. I made frequent use of downvoats on Voat towards their ilk.

Just browse /all/new for a while - the Q subs are pretty easy to notice
Only have to block a couple subs and you never hear from them again

Ban their subs. They go away.
