Everytime you see a Cadillac it's a 50/50 % gamble whether it's going to be an 80 year old grandma or a Mexican driving it. However, I don't think Mexicans can refrain from making modifications to a stock vehicle. They have to "improve" it in some way with aftermarket parts.
