Unfortunately (or maybe fortunately) I'm no stranger to moving. And fortunately (or unfortunately) because of hurricane Harvey I don't have much stuff to pack and move.

Oh yeah for sure. I appreciate the sentiment but I'm creeping into middle age now, possessions are just shackles to me anymore... I've got plans for action and once profit and success return, which they will because they've been obtained before, I will be focusing on experiences instead of possessions.
