If communications are suspended wouldn't it be prudent to have a fallback point?

Has anyone compiled a list of .onion rallying points?

I have stormfront's- http://dstormer6em3i4km.onion/

But I'd appreciate some others if anyone has them.

Information/communication is more crucial than ever before, lets not be left in the dark.

Isn't much in there yet, and I created the sub yesterday, but I had the same thought.

I recall there was another internet format, more secure than tor even.. iirc it was a type of p2p, do you know what I'm talking about?

I know BitTorrent has a p2p torrent based browser in beta, that might be useful but it's not the program I'm referring to.

I keep meaning to get on that.

I'm exploring the Darknet via Kodachi and TAILS, but no idea what you are asking about. If you want to explain 'fallback point' and 'onion rallying points', I'll add it to my research, and report back if I find anything.
