Calamari can be really good but it needs to be cooked properly if you ask me

Lamb. Pretty rare but with a good sear from the grill.

Marbled rib eye, marinated in Italian dressing over night, cooked blue.

Cooked blue? I've not heard that expression before.

I like bbq chicken grilled with some good char on it.

Hanger steak or NY strip. Mid-rare. Maybe a little herb butter but nothing else.

No steak sauce?

If it's a well done or shitty cut, probably.

But on a properly cooked steak? It'd be like spraying perfume on a bouquet of perfectly fine roses.

Does all count as one because I can't really make up my mind. Medium crispy bacon. Dry rub seared crunch on the out light pink on the inside pork loin. S&P 50/50 rubbed steak medium rare. Dry rubbed chicken thighs on open flame. Marinaded lamb chops crispy on out and tender in middle. Deer jerky!!!!!!!. .. . Turkey, DEEEEP fried. etc etc etc etc....

edit: Brazilian or Mongolian BBQ is my fucking happy place!!!!!
