I'd have to say Asparagus is my absolute favorite though. I steam it about 5 minutes so it's still a bit firm and I make a butter (Kerrygold unsalted) and balsamic vinegar reduction to go with it. Hit it with a little bit of course ground pink Himalayan sea salt and I'd eat my weight in it. Bonus points if you have plans to give a couple prostitutes a golden shower in a bed once slept in by Obama.
