I've never made this claim. Animals don't deserve the right to vote because they don't understand it. Same goes with retards, they can't (or shouldn't be able to) vote because they don't understand it.

Yes. It is irrefutably logical as that is what is best for a species. Progress is made on the backs of the weak and the less than.

Smart enough to be a productive member of society. Strong enough to keep their family safe.
