I've met numerous people that would offer you "a coke" then bring you a Dr. Pepper, root beer, damn near anything BUT a coke. There were others besides "a coke" but seems I've forgotten. What do they call it in your area?

In Georgia, the country, if you order what they call iced tea they give you soda/pop.
