What in your opinion is the best movie ever made and why? I've probably got to go with Deadpool because I really liked the film.

Monty Python and the Holy Grail. The satire and overall comedy the movie contains can't be beaten. Especially when you learn things about how the movie was produced, and the factors that went into it. Like not having enough money for horses and making do with the coconuts.

I'd love to know more of the story behind that care to explain further? Or even just tell the story?

Remo Williams: The Adventure Begins

Why? Because it's perfect in every way. It's not the end - it's just the beginning. Alas, there's no sequel made (yet) and the movie is based on absurd book series by Sapir and Murphy called The Destroyer Series. The tale of the books, and the authors, makes the movie all that much better.

It's so bad that it's just awesome. When asked to recommend a movie - that's the one I recommend.

Matrix 1: amazing story, amazing action, amazing effects, amazing philosophy.

Tied with Shawshank Redemption

Matrix was such a good movie that their Jewish masters castrated and punished the twins for it.

12 year old me would say Shaun of the Dead. Watched it 10 - 12 times the first night and memorised every single line with my best friend.

For comedy Groundhog Day is really, really high up there. Can watch many times. And the humor is more timeless type.

For drama type anything by Stanley Kubrick could be on the list - Full Metal Jacket, The Shining, Clockwork Orange, Dr. Strangelove

Sci Fi - Empire Strikes Back

Bad Milo. Reason? It's my favorite movie to judge the various levels of uncomfortable a person can express while watching it.

Deadpool, huh? Not for me but to each his own I guess.

Best movie ever made? I have no idea.

I Heart Huckabees was pretty good. My favorite used to be Silver Linings Playbook, but now I can hardly even stand to look at Jennifer Lawrence.
