Great stuff ... tender loin, I think. Slice it thin, toast some buns on the grill, too ... makes great sandwiches with just a little mayo, or more fixins' if you're so inclined.

I'm sure. Sliced tomatoes, onions, whatever all them veggie guys like - LOL. It's a good meal.
