I've had some pretty damn good sushi. Friend and I shared a plate with a variety of fish and a bottle of sake.

I think a good medium, medium rare prime rib is my favorite. But hell, I like lots of stuff. Had some great pork loin sandwiches we did up on the grill over the weekend, that was great. I'm a meat guy.

Great stuff ... tender loin, I think. Slice it thin, toast some buns on the grill, too ... makes great sandwiches with just a little mayo, or more fixins' if you're so inclined.
