It would be hard to break the law (for normal non criminal people) but when you do we just remove you from society, whether it be death or forced labor. Eugenics is a must, no more incentivized poor people breeding. I like the other ideas people have put, all intelligent citizens must be armed, maybe have a year or two mandatory military participation (mostly just for the purpose of having the whole population militant and armed, invade now fucks). Propaganda and media lies are illegal, you can lie all you want, just not under color of authority, which news should be, you should be able to trust the news, so kill them when they lie. And basically do as you will so long as it doesnt affect others. Drugs are legal. But stealing in order to afford drugs is instant death. Driving 100 without a seatbelt is legal, but no ones going to pay your medical bills but you and if you cause an accident you are liable for all damages, and or we kill you. And so on
