Sadly, most people are not going to listen unless the reasonable viewpoint comes from someone with a uniform or a funny hat with a tassle on it. If we are going to wake anyone up, it's best to find all of these types who are saying what we are and point to them as our evidence (let's face it most ppl won't be willing to think critically until they already know an authority has a viewpoint they would consider).
