With so many things feeling hoaxy right now, I am starting to question some of the claims being made about this virus. That said, I have no connection to anyone in the medical professions.

Are they really full? Being overwhelmed with new patients?

The ones here were claiming they were full when we had <50 cases in the whole state.

Well I wouldn't be surprised if normal flu season meant hospitals were "full".

That wouldn't surprise me either, and with all the nogs not having anything to do I bet there's more than a handful of dindunuffins showing up in treatment wards.

The information I have comes from a guy I kinda-sorta know through a coworker, he's an electrician for one of the major hospitals here. He was saying how they were overflowing with patients already, back when the state was reporting almost no activity. I just found it a bit on the "hmmmmm, very interesting" side of things. Can't really verify anything else.

Sadly, most people are not going to listen unless the reasonable viewpoint comes from someone with a uniform or a funny hat with a tassle on it.

If we are going to wake anyone up, it's best to find all of these types who are saying what we are and point to them as our evidence (let's face it most ppl won't be willing to think critically until they already know an authority has a viewpoint they would consider).
