Seems like a restriction that would only affect someone who wants to flood the site.
Why not just apply it to everyone? It makes you seem fairer.

Well there is no censorship here unless you intend to harm the site, but we still wanted to reward people who contribute and we didn't actually apply the rule in the first place I used throat(phuks) code to create poal. Once i had it running showed up and helped me immensely in customizing it for our needs, one of the limitations they had was 10 post per day plus a few others on new accounts we removed what was easy to remove and that one isn't easy to remove so we just increased it to 60 thinking its only ever going to stop real spammers at the number.

I think once shit starts hitting the fan more often, you might want to think carefully about what constitutes 'harming the site'. If you get some blundering Hillary-loving SJW that almost everyone hates, downvotes to hell, and calls a shill, are they 'harming the site', or should their rights to speak be the same as everyone else?

I believe for new accounts there is. However it gets lifted pretty quickly as you gain levels. I think at level 2 you don't have a post or comment limit anymore.
