I've been peer pressure into doing it more lately, and I dont like it.

I'd rather get back into shape and ive the moderate life instead of the highest high and lowest low

I just don't drink at all. If you don't have the taste for it, it's a lot easier to avoid it when you really need to. Not for everyone but has worked for me.
