Just as an example, two weeks ago I found a meme here on Poal. It was pretty fucking funny.
I carried it over to Minds, and payed three tokens to ensure that it would be seen by 3000 people.
The result was 79 "likes" 26 "reposts", and one comment.

I doubt 3000 views actually reaches 3000 people. I see a lot of boosted content repeatedly on Minds.

You're probably right. With the limited user base I suspect it counts every time one person sees the same post before blocking the user, since that's literally the only way to stop seeing the post over and over. Liking it doesn't work, retweeting it doesn't work, and commenting on it doesn't work.
