Same here, if that info helps - no upvoting counts; the arrow just changes color, but the counter doesn't. After F5 refresh the arrow simply goes back to gray. I'm stuck at +41 upvotes. Has been occurring for at least 2 days now. Desktop PC, Chrome.

For the life of me I can't figure out why that might be so I am going to pull in and and have you explain it to them.
