Nope. Doesn't seem to be the case. Just tried with a browser I don't usually use (MS Edge), both in normal and private mode, on a different PC, with a different ISP, in a different physical location - still no go. This started 3-4 days ago, after I successfully had been upvoting in bulk for about 2 days, while having "-2 score" account myself (which hasn't changed after I got back to 0, BTW - if there is some "disable upvoting for negative points accounts" thing in place). I'll risk downvoting you just to check if that works or is borked for some too - EDIT: nope, downvoting is dead for me too). EDIT #2: I take the last statement (kinda) back: I still have +41/-0 on my profile, you don't have -1 for the above comment, but somehow I'm back to -2 total score B-[

Things are reversed here on Poal(of course) so the bottom button is actually the upvote button.

The ability to create a new sub has been increased to level 10 as a temporary measure. New accounts but that shouldn't impact voting.

Same here, if that info helps - no upvoting counts; the arrow just changes color, but the counter doesn't. After F5 refresh the arrow simply goes back to gray. I'm stuck at +41 upvotes. Has been occurring for at least 2 days now. Desktop PC, Chrome.

To add some more info on this: still unable to upvote even on laptop, with internet from different network provider; also not an "account with negative score" issue - got back to score 0 after commenting here, and yet - no upvoting for me.
