Reminds me of a story from my pond building days. I built a 30,000 gallon pond for this guy, bottom drains and skimmers went to a shed/pumphouse with a false floor and a 1000 gallon sump. He put 8 very nice Japanese koi in the pond. Cleaning out the sump for the shutdown on the second year we found a yearling about a foot long, fat and happy... Jet black, though. He named it nigger and put it in the pond with his show stoppers anyway.
