God...Discuss....have such a love hate with them. I will say this though: For all the stuff written that they're delicate and finicky, I've seen Discuss live and thrive in toilet water tanks. Just a shame they're not good tank makes with basically anything else.

Like anything else that's been captive bred for so long, continuity of water parameters is what really counts.
