I can't stand the majority of IPA's its like they are all competing to see how much hops it takes to kill a person. I have had a couple that I can't remember the name of a long time ago that were actually floral and not just bitter as fuck.

I enjoy a lot of them, but it's annoying when that is all you see. One of my local bars changed owners, they used to have a good rotating selection of craft beers, now it is pretty much all IPAs all the time. Half the time I end up ordering a Yuengling or Modelo now.

This is why i dont buy with anything labeled "IPA". Most are just hops overload and nothing like the original India Pale Ale they claim to be.
