Not just the highway, mate. When you go for a spirited drive in the mountains... Well there's a special place in hell for those poofters in their rented camries that go 40km/h the whole road and don't pull over to let faster cars pass. That said, if there's someone behind me who is faster, I pull over on the next available straight section, stick my hand out the window, and when there's no oncoming cars, give em the signal to go around. I think they appreciate it because after they go around, they also stick their hand out the window to wave thanks, before speeding up.
