It doesn't add up. He was "recruited" and forced into this in some way. The fake manifesto was obvious from the getgo. His family is INCREDIBLY wealthy and has donated to the local Baltimore healthcare system for years and years. His family would be priority patients, the hospital wouldn't care about money.
