I've been saying this for a while. It defacto enforces conformity through rewards and punishments, on a level that gradually reprograms not just your thoughts, but your moral compass as well. That's why so many ideologues push so hard to control subreddits and enforce rules. By pushing their ideology through the propaganda engine, they brainwash more people than they ever could through normal means.

I hate reddit with such a fucking passion even knowing it's 99.9% AstroTurf now. It was unreal seeing how bad it got around 2015-2016.. remember "CorrectTheRecord" now rebranded as "ShareBlue" if I remember correctly. Tranny pedo admins, etc.. unfathomable how sick and twisted of a "forum" it is now. It was once an actual good source of information with a large tolerable userbase and taught me a lot honestly, but we're talking 10+ years ago at this point. Fuck reddit. Free Uncle Ted!
