It's what I use. It's awesome. No jewgle apps installed. Completely barebones. Great alternative nongoogle "stores". Regular updates.

Which Pixel?

How difficult to flash the OS onto the phone. I'm OK at tech stuff, just not a programmer & not LINUX proficient, (but I need to change this!)

Easy to install. Use the web installer. Must use chrome browser though. But only for the install and then you can get rid of chrome.
