large scale farming needs to end... the worse are chickens and turkeys..

cattle they are injected with antibodies because they are fed corn... cattle dont eat corn... they largely do it to fatten them up fast before harvest. I mean, even milking cows hundreds of cows at one farm.

pigs are are somewhat the way, same with chickens... chickens dont eat corn feed exclusively.. they eat what ever they find on the ground

things are getting better as more people are aware of the inhumane treatment.

alot of farmers let the cattle out more etc.... this is actually why the BLM (bureau of land management) and the reason Bundy standoff happened. then were always allowed to let their cattle graze on certain parts of land freely but they got cut off from the BLM

Yeah. Factory farming is a huge "industry", and is as corrupt as tobacco and oil industries.

I've been vegan a long time. Over the years, many Christians told me that god and Jesus put animals on earth to feed humans. I was raised catholic. But i disagree with that claim. I believe gods / goddesses created animals, and love their creations, and don't want anyone to suffer. I've never heard or read anything about virgin Mary saying it's o.k. to murder animals. Another name for virgin Mary is mother nature, in my opinion. Buddha told his followers to not hurt living beings, and to not eat meat. I know that humans have been eating meat since prehistory. But advances in farming and shipping have made it possible for people in a cold climate to eat vegetables and fruit, year 'round. Vitamin and mineral supplements, such as vitamin d, are necessary for veganism. But the plant kingdom can be a source of most nutrients.

Almost everyone wants world peace. It should include animals.
