Yeah. Factory farming is a huge "industry", and is as corrupt as tobacco and oil industries. I've been vegan a long time. Over the years, many Christians told me that god and Jesus put animals on earth to feed humans. I was raised catholic. But i disagree with that claim. I believe gods / goddesses created animals, and love their creations, and don't want anyone to suffer. I've never heard or read anything about virgin Mary saying it's o.k. to murder animals. Another name for virgin Mary is mother nature, in my opinion. Buddha told his followers to not hurt living beings, and to not eat meat. I know that humans have been eating meat since prehistory. But advances in farming and shipping have made it possible for people in a cold climate to eat vegetables and fruit, year 'round. Vitamin and mineral supplements, such as vitamin d, are necessary for veganism. But the plant kingdom can be a source of most nutrients. Almost everyone wants world peace. It should include animals. Zionists / communists are pushing humanity and nature in the wrong direction. Life is difficult enough, without having to endure Zionist / communist terrorism. You know?
