This neighborhood is a small one with only a few houses and 2 low occupancy (less than 20 units) apartment buildings. The people across the street are nouveau hippy types, the one 40 something female is an electrician and has a huge garden, her boyfriend is a contractor with a hipster beard and they ride a tandem bicycle, their duplex neighbor went to the same college I did, their neighbor has a tiny house that the couple built for him, and their other neighbor is an Arctic indigenous North American. The other apartment building is quite and everyone keeps to themselves. The elderly lady across the street died some time last year. This building is owned by a nigger, and during the plandemic he packed it with whoever had cash, no background checks, and a bunch of niggers are getting gibzmedatz from the liberal government so they don't even have to work to get their rent paid for. When Wolf locked down PA in September I lost what little employment I had been able to hold on to. Instead of following state law the nigger tried to evict me for non-payment even though when I moved in he agreed to give me rental credit for taking care of the place, which he never did, and both the state and federal government had enacted eviction moratoriums for non payment. The only valid cause for eviction was for rental violations such as violating right to quite enjoyment, damage to property, or illegal activity, et. al. Which is exactly the type of nigger he keeps renting the vacant units to. Well, those are all violations of my rental rights, so I am well within my rights to completely withhold rental payments. Further, he wouldn't go to the magistrate to file the proper non-payment paperwork so I could get the state pandemic rental assistance. Then he simply pasted a home printed piece of paper on my door with a 10 day notice to vacate. It wasn't a properly formatted form, it wasn't notarized, and in PA the notice to vacate is 15 days for rental violations and 30 days for non-payment. The magistrate, who is also black, nearly yelled at him (he had to stop himself) at the only court date we had sometime in February I think. We were supposed to have another court date in April, but because of Peduto's party line policies to destroy local businesses so globalist corporations can raid the resources and to destroy society by allowing criminals to run free the courts are so backed up that the next tentative date has been backed up to the middle of July. Prior to that he came around with his son at past midnight on a weeknight banging on my window and physically threatening me. Then, when I finally got rental assistance approved from a local NGO charity since he still didn't go through the proper channels so I could get government assistance he sent around some big buck nigger pretending to be a constable with a ridiculous costume of simply a polo shirt with the words "Pennsylvania State" above a ridiculous facsimile of the commonwealth - COMMONWEALTH, NOT STATE - seal with the horse substituted with a dragon, and something illegible beneath it. No badge, no identification, wouldn't tel me his name, had no paperwork. And he threatened to come back with a gang and beat the shit out of me and throw all my stuff in the street. At the February court date the landlord claimed to have no knowledge of this event. What's hilarious is that this happened less than 30 minutes after I had returned from the NGO with the first (and only) check I had received from them, since I didn't give it to him and thus never went back. But the police were called and they saw it. Then the Sheriff's deputy saw it as well. Another reason I knew he wasn't a constable was because the Sheriff's office is the department which handles evictions. I'm guessing he didn't know that I used to date the daughter of a police officer, and that she was stationed at the same zone precinct where I currently live, which is right across the street from the magistrate's office, and the magistrate is about the same age as she was (she died not long after I stopped dating her daughter). Oh, and I dated her about a decade ago, so you'll understand that I was a bit different. I thought there still were "some good ones", which is why I was committing bestiality by miscegenating with a nigress. I mean, her mom was a cop, and she was a kung fu instructor, and was in college (though for a psychology degree - red flag for any female, I've learned). Some of the other niggers were claiming I called the fake constable a fake constable because he was black. Well, that doesn't stand up to the facts. Then I could get in to all the garbage they toss outside. Pittsburgh doesn't pick up electronic waste and only picks up large waste twice a year. Since I've been here they have tossed CRT TVs, chairs, table tops with no legs, whatever whenever one of these junkie niggers abandons their unit for non-payment. The landlord doesn't take care of the property at all. When the junkie whore lived next to me the building got infested with rats. He didn't get rid of them; I did. My toilet was broken for 2 months even before I ran out of rent money. I had to finally fix it myself because I was tired of flushing with a bucket. I found out it simply wasn't even assembled properly, and some random piece of rubber that should have even been in the plumbing was blocking the tube to the fill tank. Took me hours to get it out of there. For the past couple of months the ceiling of the laundry room, which is on the ground floor, leaks whenever it rains. Let me reiterate: the ceiling of a room on the ground floor leaks when it rains. He never tends to the lawn; I was the one taking care of it, but now I can't because I have bursitis (3 weeks out of work, I though it would get better, just filed for unemployment). I was doing this with a hand tool because he didn't even provide a weed whacker, much less a mower. The grass and weeds are nipple high, and I'm at least 6" tall. And it goes on. Such as the light in the laundry room is hanging from the ceiling by it's electrical cables. And that rain is leaking directly over an electrical outlet for the dryer. I put all my wages that I did get, when the city finally opened enough for me to get a service industry job, into an escrow account I set up when I got my "stimulus", which was less than a week after he sent that thug to try to scare me off. Coincidentally, between that and the check I got from the NGO that would have been enough to pay off my arrears. If this dumb nigger had just waited a week he would have gotten his money, but I'm glad he didn't because he should have properly filed with the magistrate so I could have gotten my government assistance and this wouldn't have been an issue. The only two reasons I'm staying are spite and because I can file a counter suit to force him to pay to me me to a new residence. Though because Peduto declared Pittsburgh a "sanctuary city" while the entire county was still in austerity all of the affordable housing has been gifted to illegal invaders and that caused rental costs to rise across the board since there are more people and les available residential rental properties. Part of my spite is to get the health and building inspectors in here.
