I see who’s who and who’s what more a function of being in a group of other disciplined men and/or women. Good order and discipline is contagious for those so inclined. Wilding is too. To a man, every AA I served with was upright and honorable on the job and on the beach. Incidentally, did a short stretch as a CO (AKA “guard”) at old school “hub and spoke” max security prison. Come by these views of mankind honestly. Locked up with everyone else inside for eight to twelve hours / day. Helluva education.
