I still travel like this for road trips. Sure we might stop for a burger at times, but I have a cooler with good lunchmeats and other goodies to choose from as well. If nothing else it saves time.

I remember doing that. And one of the times I was with my grandma was on a road just like that, Almost same scenery, too.

Don't see many boxy old station wagons on the road these days. Shameful.
