My wife got an 'empty' birthday card mailed from Fort Worth that 'had' $35 from our Grandchild. They USPS is exactly like every other 'US' Gov. agency. OUT Of CONTROL. Imagine being STUPID enough to put a $30 dollar an hour job on the line, to steal $35?
