You forgot:

  • No dual-citizenship
[–] 3 pts

Came here to add this. Everything else can be worked around if you have dual loyalty.

[–] 1 pt

Most important one there is imho.

[–] 5 pts

No dual citizens. No stock ownership, private or otherwise. No prior history in executive level corporate jobs. No lobbyists.

If they have stock, when they come in, it must all be moved into a "Total-US Index Fund".

a person may only vote in any elections if that person is currently not receiving any money from the government. Whether that money be from welfare programs, grants, government originated or backed loans, employment, contracts, or any other method of receiving money from the government may not vote in any election to select a representative for government or in the states that permit it, any bill which has the potential to become law.

Underlying principle: beggars can't be choosers, and anyone under employ of the government has an inherent conflict of interest and may not vote.

I think this would be a good pc way to get most POCs and socialists out of the voting block without having race involved, which might be an easier sell on the PR side of things.

1st mistake... being a citizen should have societal/community service requirements and at the very fucking least an ability to speak the predominant language more proficiently than that societies retarded. Why should any beaner be given a job shoveling shit if dealing w/ the local uneducated retard is easier?

“No person...shall not be immune from prosecution..” In section 4. Needs fixed

Also: -no income tax -no federal reserve and a return to gold standard -no dual citizenship -end all immigration from non white countries -reinstate the old Smith-mundt act / undo the modernization (news must be unbiased/ no domestic propoganda)

Do you think you can vote it in?

Also nothing to address the (((Federal Reserve))) or central banks so it is a failure from the start.

Oh God, no. Times New Roman is awful.

Add:

Section 6: "All members of government, whether elected or employed, must be natural born United States citizens and may not have any other citizenship"

We would not need any amendments if the masses knew and understood the power they already hold. A Republic is where the citizens hold supreme power, not the government. The citizens delegate that power to people they elect (Representatives).

The U.S. Constitution functions as the supreme law of the land – by “supreme law,” I mean that no laws made by state governments or the federal government can CONTRADICT it.

We have elected people who have done some very bad things to subvert our rights, but in the end, it is our responsibility to control that power or not. We have become lazy, but we have also been lied to and manipulated.

I use to think a bunch of smart men got together to write the Constitution and how really dumb I must be; but in reality, those founders took centuries of what worked and what did not. They learned and remembered the rulers and kings of the past. How common people had been abused and robbed blind from their leaders. They researched and debated history all the way back to the Roman Empire. They reviewed how many kings had their citizens killed or jailed for personal gain. They included the wisdom of Proverbs from the Bible and the 10 commandments.

Our founders tried to capture, on paper, what was the most obvious of our God given rights. I think, they thought, it was a given that the common people knew that not all rights were written, but understood and that these laws could only be upheld by a moral and righteous people. A people who represented good, a fallen and sinful people who pledged, with God's help, to uphold honor, sacrifice and protect life, liberty and the ability to pursue your own happiness. They pledged and then gave their lives into creating a union of States. They created a place for people to live without the yolk of one man trying to rule over another. A place built on merit with the premise to make things better. To learn, to grow, to worship as a free society.

There are a great deal of infringements against our rights, and if I wanted something changed, I believe there is an urgency to abolish the Civil Asset Forfeiture Laws. As of last week Canada reinforced them. This is a method in which Biden will confiscate our property. There are many videos about how it works, and it is the biggest Rich Man's Dirty trick ever devised.

I also like the idea of laws expiring after a certain period, requiring them to be brought up individually, read, debated, and voted on.

Nothing about abolishing the income tax. Pass.
