Sorry, this is not from 6,000 miles away. This is not something you'd hear in China. It's from a western Chinese radio station.

Really? And what western chinese radio station broadcasts on 9580 and plays China Radio International programming, at the same time that Ham Radio software reports that CRI is live at that frequency?
