The people have been lied to so much I personally doubt if they "disclosed" aliens/ET it would be a fact. I know all about the "project bluebeam" and "projecting" some religious figure to get people to submit to the NWO or engineer a "mock" alien invasion, etc.

I'll believe it when an alien shows up and someone cuts it's ass open to prove it isn't human.

I think it is more of a last card for them. If they felt like the people or army were about to overthrow them, they would disclose this as a Hail Mary in hopes that people would just forget about all that they have done.
