It's pretty clear that intelligences from higher dimensions are interacting with human beings in this world. Are they from other universes? It's more likely that they are from levels of our own universe that cannot be perceived by human intelligence directly. They may live right on this planet with us, but out of phase dimensionally. They may have discovered how to cross dimensional barriers and be studying us with robotic drones.
