He's got four open lawsuits against him, all of them frivolous and designed to bankrupt him. He can't get the products he usually sells to keep the show afloat because the supply chains are broken. He kept expanding and expanding and expanding when things were good, but now that they're not so good he hasn't cut back his staff or other expenses enough -- he doesn't want to fire people. He's basically broke. He's got 2.7 million in the bank which is earmarked for the purchase of additional products and for operating costs at his studio.
