Rode one once, pretty fun. Why not add another wheel too make a mini track car tho?

100% the reason they don't add another wheel is because of the US DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION... An unconstitutional agency that exists illegally against the 9th and 10th amendments... It mandates that all CARS have safety features like crumple zones... seat belts... ABS... head rests... etc etc. These must be tested exhaustively costing manufacturers BILLIONS of dollars to test the same old seat belt from 1972 because the body-work of the car changes or they put in a different power seat... Gotta re-test it all over again forever and ever and ever... the definition of a "CAR" that falls under these rules is any vehicle with 4 WHEELS that operates on public roads. Guess what a can-am trike thing is... It is a motorcycle. The reason you cannot blast around in a perfectly safe 800 lb carbon-fiber race car that costs $5000 and gets 120mpg on any fuel and can go 90 mph safely in most conditions is because the DOT blocks that shit from ever being created.

Go look up an outfit called Local motors. They were trying their hardest to break that system and failed and are gone.

Did you know that in Mexico you can buy a perfect replica of a VW super-bug from the 60s? Ever wonder why you cannot open up a modern factory like that in the US and create the old 50s to 70s Willy's Jeeps and sell them to the public for shockingly low prices? They were good enough and safe enough for my grandpa, why are they not good enough and safe enough for me? Why do I have to pay 60K FOR A FUCKING JEEP THAT SUCKS ASS. When I should be able to buy an old-school one brand new? Why is there an endless constant march forward in that shit and the old stuff is forced to go away? Why does that happen? I want to buy a 2023 69' Chevelle with a modern 454 today. Not an old piece of shit but a modern one. Why cant I do that?

Holy fuck you’re right. But also, tort law for liability... Dumb hoops to jump thru are dumb, but I like thorough testing of products. As much as I’d like your vehicle ideas, remember a lot of drivers are idiots on the road, with huge cars and bigger interest rates...

Yeah, the legal shit should fall on the individual not the manufacturer IMO. The individual then off-ramps that risk to an insurance company or, if he is a poorfag he simply ignores it because he has nothing to take anyway.

The moral of this story is... pretty much all government is a cancerous tumor. The 9th and 10th is the Chemo that is needed to remove it but the courts are cancerous as well. How to fix? IDK but Blockchain assets are an enormous weapon and I think some of them could be wielded by folks like us with devastating effect.
